Happy New Year to the Mid Michigan area from CVMA® chapter 35-10! We are looking forward to a big first full year as a chapter. Though it is freezing outside this week, we are looking forward to an exciting year. We will be knocking the rust off with Spring run to the Traverse City area in April. May brings the annual Michigan tradition of the Blessing of the bikes in Baldwin. June we will hit the road to the CVMA® National meeting in Syracuse New York to meet with brothers and sisters from throughout the country. In August the CVMA® Michigan State Meeting will be held right in our backyard in Mt. Pleasant! It’s going to be a great first year for our new chapter! Follow us here for further information.

Today marked the first official meeting for the CVMA® 35-5A Detachment, and it was great seeing everyone who came out. I truly appreciate the input, energy, and ideas shared by the group.It’s clear we have a solid foundation to build on—not just for getting our patch out there, but more importantly, for making a real impact in the lives of our veterans and serving our community the way we know how.I’m already looking forward to the next one.
