Food Vendors Welcome! We are taking applications for the 2026 Helvetia Community Fair. We have limited space for food trucks so please sign up asap. Our online application can be found at https://forms.gle/LhybTKqz3ybeTVZR6 . Payment may be made via PayPal. We also have one opening for a "on site" kitchen located in our community building. The Helvetia Community Fair Association and the Helvetia Restoration & Development Organization are raising funds for a post-and-beam pavilion over the meadow stage. It will be a permanent shelter for dances, music, performances, and gatherings through every season.
It will mean fewer tent rentals, protection from weather, better sound, and a beautiful covered space the whole community can share.
Our hope is to celebrate next year’s Fair and parts of Fasnacht beneath its roof.
We’re raising $10,000 to pair with grants and local volunteer labor. If you’d like to be part of building it, we’d be grateful for your support.

Today we have grown into an amazing event that takes up every corner of the community and every volunteer we can round up! We are looking forward to all the new things that are in store for the 2026 Helvetia Community Fair!!! Don't miss it!!!

Sorry for the delay but thank you to those of you who have sent us fair pics and posted your pics!! We again had a successful Helvetia Community Fair 2025!!!!! It's always such a special time with friends, family and visitors!!! We look forward to doing it again next year!!!!

Some of these times are subject to minor changes given weather, setup, and each artist's desired performance length.
