Okay guys, it's almost finished, but I've had folks ask me how they can get a copy when I told them about the new book I'm writing, so I've set up a way to Pre-Order my new book:

I've created 4 Levels of Crisis Response in a Mental Health Crisis Situation from my experience as an Ordained Minister, included some of my Lyft ride stories too, but also added my personal experiences with Medical and Mental Health Professionals as I've gone through concussions, traumatic brain injuries, cerebral aneurysm, seizures, and fractured vertebrae. Add in a few car wrecks too. It's difficult being on the outside, but having experienced it from the inside, is much more unnerving. You don't know what you don't know until it's real.
We want our families, loved ones, friends, and co-workers to be safe, but what are some simple things we can do to help? How can we read the signs? What help is really available? Can we help break the Mental Health Stigma? And more...

This book is so dear to my heart. With every su***de I hear about, my heart breaks for those left behind, hurting, with questions that might never be answered.
