Shepherding Pastors, Inc. We offer preaching to small evangelical churches of less than 100 attendees and with a solo pastor with no support staff at no cost to the church.

Our page gives updates on what is happening at Shepherding Pastors. Our two ordained pastors, Earl and Kitty Hertzog have traveled over a 1,000 miles a week this year alone. Over the summer months they have been in two countries, visited 18 churches, attended two FLAME Events (Fellowship of Leadership Acquiring Ministerial Education), coached or counseled over 100 pastors and church leade

rs, involved in four ordinations, Vancouver, WA, North Platte, NB, Manhattan, KS, and Rushwood, NC in supporting 12 students who were being ordained, and held a three day seminar on prayer, "Power of Prayer," in Belding, MI. They also preached in churches in Canada, and the United States.
