Helena Lions Swim Team The Helena Lions Swim Team (HLST) is a year-round competitive swim team in Helena, MT for all levels of swimmers. USA Swimming member.

HLST was organized in 1973 as a parent-run, non-profit organization.

Assistant Swim Coach positions are available with the Helena Lions Swim Team. Early morning or evening hours available. 2-8 hours a week. $20/hour.
— Must complete USA Swimming coaching certification requirements including background check if hired. Certification fees will be reimbursed after 6 months of employment.
— Must be a US citizen
