🚨 Introducing the GOOD TROUBLE Series! 🚨
We want you to get to know the incredible brain trust powering the Arkansas Pathways to Self-Sufficiency Coalition!
Beginning August 6, we're launching our new Good Trouble Series—a monthly virtual round-robin conversation designed to introduce you to the remarkable organizations, leaders, and changemakers working with the Community Action Network to create lasting solutions for Arkansas families.
Each month, we'll spotlight three Coalition members, giving you the opportunity to learn about their missions, the life-changing work they are leading across our state, and how their efforts connect to the Arkansas Pathways to Self-Sufficiency Framework.
This session features Jacob Bright, COO of Crowley's Ridge Development Council, Inc. - CRDC; Katie Hatley, CEO & Superintendent of Graduate Arkansas; and Liyah Wasson, Executive Director of the Doula Alliance of Arkansas.
So, what is Arkansas Pathways to Self-Sufficiency?
Developed by the Arkansas Community Action Network, Arkansas Pathways to Self-Sufficiency is a collaborative strategy designed to address the complex realities of poverty. Rather than focusing on a single issue, the framework brings together partners from multiple sectors—including workforce, education, healthcare, housing, transportation, childcare, financial capability, and economic development—to create coordinated pathways that help individuals and families achieve long-term economic mobility and self-sufficiency.
Because we know that this work does not happen in isolation and we are stronger together.
That's why the Arkansas Pathways Coalition exists—to bring together organizations that are committed to breaking down barriers, aligning resources, and building stronger communities throughout Arkansas.
