If you haven't yet experienced the Helena trail system, add it to your must-do list for 2018 - you won't be disappointed!

The towers are perhaps 40 feet tall, their bulk of stone and rough mortar standing like guard towers against the side of the canyon. At the base of each is a small, rude chamber; on others, carefully constructed fans of red brick. All are charred like medieval fireplaces. All are long abandoned.

You may have noticed that there is a new quiet zone and pedestrian crossing light on Benton near the railroad. We have heard concerns from many on how unsafe and how difficult it is to maneuver the entrance/exit to the Centennial Trail along with the sidewalk around the railroad arms on the west side, especially for people in wheelchairs and on bicycles.
