Helena Local IAFF 4352 would also like to congratulate Billy Rosener on receiving our endorsement for Mayor of Helena. We feel that his values and ethics will bring not only our department but also our city to the next level. We strongly support Billy Rosener for Mayor - Helena, AL and ask fellow Helena residents to do the same.
We would also like to congratulate other candidates that also received endorsements from our local. Cathy Hammann who will be running for City council Place 1, Andy Healy City council place 2, Alice Lobell City council place 3, and Brooke Dodson City council place 4.
Congratulations to all these candidates and we look forward to working with you in the future to make our community better and stronger.
I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and deeply honored to receive the endorsement of the Helena Professional Firefighters Association, Local 4352, for Mayor.
These brave men and women are more than just first responders; they are the heartbeat of our community. They run toward danger when others run away. They miss holidays, late-night dinners, and family milestones to make sure our families are safe. They serve with courage, compassion, and unwavering dedication to the people of Helena.
Last year, it was an incredible honor to help set up and be on the team that ran the Guns N’ Hoses charity event, rallying together to support one of our very own Helena firefighters as he continues to bravely battle illness. It was a powerful reminder of how our community comes together for one another, especially when it matters most.
I’ve always believed that public safety isn’t just a budget line, it’s a commitment. A commitment to protect the people who protect us. And as Mayor, I will stand with our first responders every step of the way, advocating for safer working conditions, better resources, and the respect they have absolutely earned.
Thank you, Paul Shearon, and every member of Local 4352. Your endorsement means the world to me and fuels my determination to fight even harder for a stronger, safer, and more united Helena.
