The funeral arrangements for Ms Peggy Burwell, lifetime Auxiliary member, will be Monday Oct 7, 2024 at Thomas Poteet funeral home, 214 Davis Rd, Augusta GA. The viewing is at 10am and service will follow at 11am.

Honored to Support Compass for Hope!

On Sunday, August 18th, our members of VFW Post 649 and VFW 649 Auxiliary proudly volunteered at the Compass for Hope event at the James Brown Arena. We’re grateful for the opportunity to lend a hand and support such an incredible cause.
