The Tri-Valley Lions Club is comprised of men and women who volunteer their time to humanitarian causes serving our community and those less fortunate worldwide. The Lions Motto is “We Serve” and as members of this club, we are proud to serve. We meet the 3rd Monday of each month at 7PM in the Tri-Valley Lions Building located at 535 E Main Street, Hegins, PA 17938. Chartered in 1990, the Valley V

iew Tri-Valley Lions Club proudly serves the Tri-Valley communities of Western Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. With a strong focus on service, the club supports a wide range of programs that benefit individuals, families, and the greater community. Among its signature initiatives are the Refurbished Hearing Aid Program offered in collaboration with Beltone Hearing Aid Center, the Durable Medical Equipment Lending Program, and Used Eyeglasses Collection for repurposing. These programs ensure that essential medical equipment and hearing aids are available to those in need—free of charge. The club is also deeply committed to supporting youth and education. Through its Outstanding Student of the Arts Program, scholarships for Tri-Valley High School seniors, and other recognition initiatives, the Lions encourage and reward excellence in academics and the arts. In addition, the Valley View Tri-Valley Lions Club contributes to a variety of causes, including Leader Dog for the Blind, the Four Diamonds Foundation/FTK, Lions Clubs International Disaster Relief, and District 14-U Governor’s Projects. Locally, the club supports Hegins Fire & Rescue, Pine Creek Outreach, the Hegins 6U Softball Association, and numerous individuals and families facing hardship. Through these efforts, the Valley View Tri-Valley Lions Club continues to live out the Lions motto: "We Serve"

The Valley View/Tri-Valley Lions Club recognized nine Tri-Valley High School seniors during Awards Night, honoring them for their selection throughout the school year as monthly Outstanding Students of the Arts. Each student received a monetary award in recognition of his or her achievement and contribution to the arts.

The recognition reflects the club’s ongoing support of student achievement and arts education at Tri-Valley High School. According to the Valley View Tri-Valley Lions Club, the Outstanding Student of the Arts program is one of the organization’s signature youth initiatives, designed to encourage and celebrate excellence in artistic performance and expression.

By recognizing one student each month and then celebrating all nine honorees together at Awards Night, the program highlights the depth of artistic talent among Tri-Valley seniors. The annual presentation also gave the community an opportunity to acknowledge the students’ dedication, creativity, and accomplishments as they prepare for graduation.
