Location will be at the Heflin City Park across from Heflin Rec Center. That’s the intersection of Evans street & Coleman street.

Sorry it has taken a while to update, but we wanted to get the money in Macy's hands before we announced how much yall helped us raise for her! In right at 2hrs, we were able to raise $1,300 cash and a lot of change for Macy's surgery. This helped her finish paying her deductible for the procedure, and will also cover the cost of testing she has had.

We know that roadblocks can be a little aggravating at times, but when conducted in a safe and respectful manner big things can happen. This is an example of what a little bit from a few people can accomplish! We appreciate our community so much for pitching in when we ask! Macy was extremely grateful to everyone!

We have decided to postpone the roadblock until tomorrow due to multiple other people needing to set up today.

A few of us will be set up at Hollis Crossroads this Sunday May 17th from 11:30 - until ? filling helmets with donations for a friend of ours. Macy has been waiting over a year for a much needed surgery. They're still a little short on funds. She has to have the funds up front. She will also be out of work for a while after the surgery, so we would love it if we could raise some extra funds to help with her lost income during that time. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated as she means a lot to quite a few of us! To know her is to love her!

Just wanted to remind our locals that we will be doing a fill the helmet roadblock tomorrow! We look forward to any and all donations We receive for Macy! Just a little bit about Macy. She is a person that quietly goes above and beyond for everyone she can. She doesn't seek recognition, acknowledgement, or gratitude. Her sole goal is to just help those that are in need of help!
