Māhuahua ʻAi o Hoi Māhuahua ‘Ai o Hoi is a project created to restore Heʻeia Wetland into naturally productive kalo fiel

The Project is located in the area called Hoi, or the Heʻeia wetlands. Kalo was very productive there in the past and has since been overgrown with invasive vegetation.

We are offering another Lamb Butcher Workshop!!

Monday Feb 21, 8am-2pm at Kakoo Oiwi.

Cost is $350 per animal. Maximum two (2) students per animal.

Come learn how to break down a whole lamb into various retail cuts.  Taught by Jason Chow of The Local General Store and Nick Reppun of Kakoo Oiwi, this round of lambs are sourced from Kualoa Ranchʻs "Kualoa Grown" program.
