Thank you to everyone who came out for the meeting this evening. For those that were unable to make it, here is a quick summary of some of the discussion topics:
1-We will be getting 2 estimates for the "rip-rap" located at the large common area to prevent further erosion. With this we will also be placing orange temporary fencing to prevent children from playing in that specific area, and potentially getting hurt.
2-We have received 2 estimates to fix all the cracks in the development (marked with green paint) and will be receiving 2 others in the coming weeks.
3-We have a few board members who will be fixing our entrance sign, so that it may better withstand the winds/weather
4-We are looking into June for the community yard sale...we would love feedback to what dates would work for people so we can increase participation this year
5-We have a projector, screen and popcorn machine to be donated by a board member for family movie night, which we hope to get scheduled in the summer. This is in hope of bringing the community and the kids together
6-Please submit an architectural change request form when you are making changes to the outside of your home. Our return time for response has been less than a week, as we are trying to give approval as quickly as possible.
7-Please help keep the community clean by picking up after your dog when on walks
PSA:
Landscaping services begin the first/second week of April. They will be mowing, w**ding and spraying w**d killer (on rip rap at common areas and around signs only)
First half of HOA dues are due by April 30th
