If you are doing anything with a fence or shed, please make sure to review the HOA regulations and Boone County regulations regarding fences and sheds. If you have any questions, or need to submit plans, please do so at [email protected] Also, have your property boundaries checked before placement of a fence. Don't assume you know where the property lines are. Sometimes an existing fence has been placed on a setback of inches to a foot. Sometimes a fence has been placed over on someone else's property. So check boundaries before placing a new or replacing a fence so there isn't additional expense and regret later.
Please help your HOA out this summer: we do not have patrols for the neighborhood, so if you see an issue that needs to be addressed on a property, please email us and let us know! Especially overgrown grass properties. Some we are aware of, some we aren't. Additionally, you can report problem properties to Boone County code enforcement at: https://www.boonecountyky.org/services/code_enforcement/index.php .
We want to thank the neighbors who have kept up their properties and made your yards look so nice this summer. We appreciate you! We hope some neighbors will step up and seek to have well maintained yards as well.

FYI: There is a home on Presidential Drive that is in foreclosure. The HOA board is aware of the high grass problem at that home and has been trying to get the owner, mortgage lender, or county out to mow the yard. It has been a process that has unfortunately taken awhile and has been frustrating. We apologize for the eyesore and hope it will soon be taken care of!

We also want to thank those in the neighborhood that are maintaining their yards and have put out lovely plants to help this neighborhood look nice this spring. We appreciate you.

If you would like to help the HOA out in making sure our neighborhood looks nice and would like to volunteer for looking out for violations, please email us.

Hello Liberty Crossing homeowners. I want to give you an update of what was discussed at the board meeting today. We did discuss homeowner concerns and a possible dissolution of the HOA. The board voted to consult with our HOA attorney to see on how to proceed and getting a vote from the whole HOA membership. If you have questions you would like answered by the attorney, please let us know at: [email protected] as we will looking to make sure we get the board's questions answered as well. We will be updating via email/mail once we have more information and as to future meeting dates.

Getting started on spring cleaning? Join us at our Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event to safely get rid of items that don’t belong in the trash.

This free event is open to Boone, Kenton and Campbell County residents.

-Aerosol cans
-Antifreeze
-Batteries (all types)
-Corrosives/flammables
-Electronics (items that can be plugged in or take out a battery)
-Ink/toner cartridges
-Oil/car fluids
-Pesticides
Tanks/cylinders
Televisions (limit 2)

Not accepted:
-Appliances
-Tires
-Ammunition
-Explosives
-Fertilizer
-Paint (Any)
-Medications
-Radioactive items

❄️ Snow Update: Saturday, Jan. 24 ❄️

County officials continue to monitor the weekend's weather forecast. Currently, the plan established yesterday is still in effect. Here's what you need to know:

✔ A Level One Snow Emergency will go into effect at noon TODAY, Saturday, Jan. 24.
✔ Please move parked cars off the street so crews can effectively treat and clear snow from roads.
✔ Crews will treat and plow roads early, and then only plow as snow intensity increases.
✔ More than 60 drivers are scheduled to report to work this weekend's snowstorm. They will work in alternating shifts.
✔ Crews will be spending the night at work to ensure they can safely return for their next shift.

The County will share updates and helpful information here throughout the winter storm. Stay safe, Boone County!

Hey folks, I hope everyone has received an introduction letter, 2026 HOA budget, and invoice from our new financial management company in the mail. If not, or if you have questions, please let us know at [email protected] .
If you would like to drop off a payment locally, you can do so as there is a drop box behind the right pillar of Stonegate's location in Ft Mitchell. See pic below. (Just allow a few days for posting to your account.)

It's that time of year, when the annual dues for the next year are sent out. This should have arrived today via USPS in your mailbox. We sent out via mail to make sure everyone is notified of the changes for financial management and for where 2026 payments need to be made. Stonegate is handling the financial management (not total management) for Liberty Crossing HOA. Please let us know if you have any budgetary questions.
Payments by check will be sent to the PO Box listed in the letter, NOT our HOA PO box in Hebron. You can also log in online to Stonegate's site to pay online, pay with your bank's billpay, or you can also drop off a check in their drop off box at their Ft Mitchell office.
