MISSION STATEMENT
Future Racers Project inspires and empowers the next generation of race fans and skilled tradespeople by providing hands-on, behind-the-scenes experiences in motorsports. We connect youth with the world of racing to ignite passion, develop real-world skills, and open doors to careers beyond the traditional four-year college path.

ABOUT US
The Future Racers Project was created to bridge the gap between motorsports and youth education by offering fun, interactive experiences at the track. Founded by a team of passionate racers and educators, our goal is to introduce children and young adults to the excitement of racing while also exposing them to valuable vocational paths such as automotive technology, engineering, welding, fabrication, and mechanical trades.
We believe racing is more than just fast cars, it's a gateway to real-world learning. Many of us grew up wrenching in garages, solving problems, learning physics without even realizing it, and bonding over the roar of engines. Today, with vocational programs disappearing from schools, the Future Racers Project steps in to fill that void and inspire a new generation of creators, builders, and innovators.
Through goodie bags, pit tours, team interaction, and partnerships with trade schools, we provide kids with unforgettable experiences that may just change their lives.

PROGRAMS & SERVICES
1. Trackside Fan Starter Program
New young fans attending events receive a neon green goodie bag filled with a t-shirt, sunglasses, earplugs, backpack, and stickers to get them excited about motorsports. These items also help them stand out and feel included at the track.
2. Pit Crew Experience
Kids and their families are invited into the pits to meet drivers, touch the cars, ask questions, and even help with small tasks like checking tire pressure or adding fuel. They can sit in race cars, take photos, and get autographs.
3. Career Discovery Booths
We partner with local trade schools, vocational programs, and technical colleges to set up informational booths at events, giving attendees insight into career paths like fabrication, auto body work, engineering, and more.
4. FRP Team Partnerships
We’re expanding to include more race teams nationwide so even more families can enjoy the experience. Teams wear FRP shirts to identify themselves and welcome kids behind the scenes.
5. Community Engagement & School Outreach
We work with schools and community centers to promote skilled trades and motorsports careers, providing presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on opportunities throughout the year.
