This week, our featured businesses is Schumacher Roofing✨

Schumacher Roofing specializes in residential roofing and takes pride in using high-quality materials designed to last. During the presentation, Chris passed around samples of the roofing they use and explained the differences between brands like GAF and Owens Corning. He shared how both offer strong, wind-rated shingles with lifetime warranties, while Owens Corning includes a reinforced nailing strip designed to help prevent shifting and falling shingles.

The presentation also gave us a deeper look into the structure of a roof and the importance of proper installation. He explained common causes of roof leaks, such as worn rubber gaskets around pipes, and discussed why components like ice and water guard, waterproof felt, and drip edge are essential for protecting a home and preventing issues like ice dams. He also clarified that insurance often will not cover damage caused by falling shingles, making quality materials and installation even more important.

This week, our featured businesses is TnT Wrap Labs✨

TnT Wrap Labs was founded by Josh Wells, who shared the story behind the business and how it evolved from a printing company into what it is today. TnT Wrap Labs specializes in high-quality, creative wrap, signage, and print. The name itself was inspired by his two sons, Tanner and Travis (the two T's).

During his presentation, Josh walked us through the wide range of projects they take on. From large outdoor signage—like solid and perforated brick wall wraps and street signage—to detailed work like clear acrylic, contour cutting, and transparent designs, their capabilities are very versatile. He shared examples of their work with the zoo, including installations for the butterfly exhibit and wrapped walls, along with projects for high schools, trailers, buses, cars, motorcycles, and even unique items like a pinball machine and a fridge. They can wrap almost anything!

During his presentation, Dan gave us a look into his lead tracking system and how he stays organized using tools like keyboard shortcuts and intelligent contacts. He also shared how their pre-approvals go above industry standards and highlighted the many programs they offer, including down payment assistance and credit guidance. His team is here to help make it happen!

During his presentation, Zack shared more about the history behind their business and how it has evolved over generations. He walked us through the different types of insurance they offer and explained how being an independent agent allows them to find the best fit for each individual client. Inspired by her father, who was a photographer, Deborah developed a passion for photography at a young age and has since built a business centered around helping others show up authentically and professionally. She is also a member of Peter Hurley’s Headshot Crew, a global community of headshot photographers, which further elevates her expertise and approach.

During her presentation, Deborah shared many of her incredible hobby photos and professional headshots, giving us a look into both her creativity and skill. She taught the group what truly makes a great headshot, emphasizing that the best images come from sessions that feel natural, fun, and comfortable. Deborah also walked us through her different packages and offerings, including business headshots and on-site corporate sessions.

During her presentation, Jade taught the group about home inspections. She explained that while inspections are not mandatory, they are a valuable and commonly used part of the home buying process. Jade walked us through what is typically included in a home inspection, common issues that are often discovered, how sellers can prepare their homes ahead of time, and how buyers can set expectations and decide how to move forward based on the inspection results. She also shared helpful insight on when buyers should attend inspections and how to approach them strategically.
