Hardy Country Snowmobile Club would like to thank the Hebron Village Store for their fundraiser and donation to our club. These donations give us the flexibility to groomer early and stay open late. I'd also like to thank them for providing coffee and food to my operators and volunteers. They also sell Hardy sweatshirts, so stop by for some food and apparel!

Went out and closed the gates today and called it quits. We had been hoping for a miracle March storm, but it never came. The upper elevation is still covered, but access is impossible. Thank you to the Board, who graciously approved $4,000 in fuel for us to continue grooming, unfortunately it wasn't possible. Pictures from today, March 18th.

This warmup has hit hard. Closing trails starting with 11s/ Wellington and the fields around the Hebron Village Store. 24 east out of Hebron to Bridgewater is also closed, due to the hills. 151 under the powerlines is pretty much smoked as well, but open. For our Westside riders and residents, hopefully we squeeze a bit more riding. We will get out there today and have a look around. Heading west on 24 over Hobart Hill and Spruce ridge are fading fast and probably will have to be closed soon, as well as out of the back of Sculptured Rocks. We are ready if mother nature turns things around.

If you see our groomers on 151 under the powerlines, it's because we are at Bruce's Doo & Dogs. Stop in, check out the groomers, hang out by the fire and grab a bite to eat!

Thank you to all that reached out and noticed that our PistenBully is now pulling our biggest drag, just shy of 10ft and 3 tons. The results and conditions are incredible. Utilizing this monster while bladeing continuous, we pulled the corners and trails back to being flat and level. It cut the whoops, got the processing of the snow started and kept the drag from slidieg off the trail, allowing it to easily do its job. Unfortunately this 250+ hp machine is restricted by the town of Hebron, and can not groom corridor 11. I apologize to the Angelers at the fishing derby for Sundays trail conditions to and from Wellington. Our trusted BR-180 was down with exhaust issues, after returning from Wellington on Friday night and couldn't go out on Sat night. Plan your day, by tracking our night with the groomer tracking app. Be the first to know when we don't go!

The Hardy Country groomers were out Friday night working the system pre storm. Did a ton of blading to put the snow back to the inside of the corners, cut the bumps, and pulled snow in to finish filling any low spots. Tried hard to reach out with fresh groomers to all of our neighbors. Made it down 11s to the top of Wellington and the junction for Fowler river. Groomer to the End of our 24 on the East and West to the 118 crossing below Bryant Pond, and over to Rumney Snow Drifters 11. Groomed into Tenney Mountain and passed the Hebron Village Store..Come ride powder tomorrow, no grooming until the evening.
