Yesterday was such a beautiful reminder that healing, growth, and strength look different for every woman. I loved sharing pieces of my wellness journey and hearing other women speak honestly about conquering life one day at a time with grace, resilience, and courage.

Love And Light Wellness, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2011, is officially operating in Utah, and we are so excited for this new chapter. We are rooted in healing, movement, mindfulness, community care, and holistic wellness. From yoga and wellness education to community- centered healing spaces, we are passionate about creating safe and uplifting spaces for our beautiful community to grow, heal, and connect.

I woke up thinking of the greatest, the late President Samora Machel. From hope to hopelessness, Afrika shall continue to rise against all odds. Our sincere condolences to our neighboring country, Malawi on the lost of their young and powerful Vice President, Saulos Claus Chilima. South Africa is mourning with you.
May his soul rise with power! Salute my comrade! Aluta continua!! 💪🏾
