Love And Light Wellness, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2011, is officially operating in Utah, and we are so excited for this new chapter. We are rooted in healing, movement, mindfulness, community care, and holistic wellness. From yoga and wellness education to community- centered healing spaces, we are passionate about creating safe and uplifting spaces for our beautiful community to grow, heal, and connect.
