We had a great day at our community dinner today. We served approximately 100 meals to our community! Thank you to the Heavener High School Cheer and NHS for serving today they did a great job. Also a special thank you to Choctaw Nation District 4 Jess Henry and Lynn Robbins Accounting for helping us provide this years meal!

The Heavener VFW and Auxiliary had a great time last night at the annual Heavener Downtown Truck or Treat. Lots of great kiddos out there getting buckets of candy!

Bring your kiddos to Downtown Heavener tomorrow Thursday October 30th for trick or treating! The Heavener VFW and Auxiliary will join local businesses and volunteers tomorrow evening to hand out candy! The fun starts at 5:00!

Stop by the Heavener VFW and support the LeFlore County Round Up Club! $25.00 you can play all night long for some outstanding prizes!

Also while you're here help support the District 3 VFW Education Awards Program for our local Students! Each December we award numerous teachers and students cash awards for outstanding achievements. This is our primary fundraiser for that program. We have plenty of tickets on hand!

Next week is Rodeo week In Heavener! The fun kicks off with Bingo at the VFW Monday Night hosted by The Round Up Club, come out for lots of prizes! There's plenty to do all week, please get out, have fun and support our community!
