Griff from a few weeks ago in our Cincinnati tournament (had 5 minutes to prep for a championship game)

4-1 this weekend, in that state up North.
Pool play yesterday we were mercied by the Motor City Hit Dogs Black earned the number two seed from our pool
Defeated the USA diamondkings in the quarters, took out the #1 seed from the other Pool in Legacy Fleming in the semis then mercied the number one seed from our pool the Motor City Hit Dogs Black in the ship, extremely proud of my players, and coaches. A big shout out to our parents too. They were troopers!

Exciting news to share, as Coach Mike Latona joins the Ohio Hitmen family for the 2027 season, joining the Ohio Hitmen Reidenbach club, moving forward that team will have a different name.

Coach Latona brings with him a record of 149-35-5 since 11u. He joins us from Buckeye Elite where he had the number 6 team in the state.
More information on Coach Latona. Coach Mike Latona over 10 years of travel ball coaching experience. Has coached kids who have or will play at D1 D2 D3 and Juco level. Mike has a unmatched passion for the game and helps develop your son as a man and baseball player. Is a player coach who demands alot but will fight his tail off for your son. Focus on development and still enjoying the game wanting to coach boys with aspirations at next level .

Coach Latona will be our second non parent coach on staff joining Coach Dimitri Boumis. Coach Keefe, Coach Henson and Coach Reidenbach round out the staff. I'm extremely excited to have Coach Latona as a part of the staff and Hitmen family. Tryouts for the 2027 will be announced at a later time.

On a serious note these young men were at the ball field for over 12 hours today, going 4-0 and coming home as champs
