On Tuesday September 16, the Community Resource Center of Robertson County and the Brazos Valley District FFA joined forces to receive food and clothing donations for Robertson County residents. The First Baptist Church of Hearne graciously allowed the use of the Family Life Center for the event, and many donations were dropped off by organizations and individuals. The Community Resource Center of Robertson County would like to thank everyone that donated and a BIG thank you to the Brazos Valley District FFA. Tim Charron, the Executive Director of the Resource Center commented,” These students were one of the most polite and helpful groups of individuals with which we have had the opportunity to work. We are grateful to the Brazos Valley District FFA students and advisors for thinking of us when they were seeking ways to help in the area. We would also like to thank all of those that donated food and clothing. Many will be helped because of the generosity.”

September 16 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm is our food & clothing drive. We look forward to seeing you there.
