🌟 Volunteer of the Month Spotlight 🌟

Norgiea is one of the very first moms we began working with when we started our nonprofit over nine years ago. From the beginning, a meaningful friendship was formed that has grown into something truly lifelong. Her and her family have become part of our family.

Over the years, we have had the honor of walking alongside her through many beautiful milestones—seeing her reunite with her children, get married to a man she never imagined she would find, and welcome another baby into her family (who she lovingly asked me to be godmother to).

It is such a joy to do life with this family and witness their growth and flourishing in so many areas. This is what relationship-building is all about—walking life together and celebrating restoration, growth, and hope.

At LHM, we believe strong families create strong communities, and Norgiea is a beautiful example of that truth in action.

Thank you, Norgiea, for pouring back into LHM, for serving as a volunteer in many ways, and for the love you continue to show to families in our community. We are so grateful for you. 💛

Wes has truly been an incredible asset to our organization and to our mission of strong families create strong communities, and making a lasting impact throughout the Wiregrass area. As an attorney, Wes has generously shared his professional expertise, wisdom, and guidance to help direct and strengthen our organization over the years. What a huge blessing this was to us! Thank you so much on planting seed into the kingdom work God has trusted us with.

For the Headland Tea, I asked that in lieu of gifts that the girls would bring spare change to support the Lifted Higher Ministry group and, wow, they REALLY out did themselves!
