Blair served Henry County as Little Miss with her entire heart. Closing this chapter was very emotional for her. But, what a chapter she wrote. Learning selflessness, service, the importance of friendship, grace, empathy, and being nothing but your authentic self. Those traits are what Blair will continue to wear as a “crown” going forward as she grows up. 🤍

Be on the lookout for Blooms of Joy to start blooming again soon! Blair has chosen to make Blooms of Joy a permanent outreach to continue bringing joy to others through art and flowers. 💐
