Only a few days away from Dale's Retirement Party, another request for our Alumni and friends. If you know someone Dale's ministry impacted, please contact them. Assume no one has told them, and plan on meeting them there. We know this will be a great time of Celebration and Reunion. Many have heard about the event, but many still have yet to find out. Any help in contacting those who have been involved in the last 53 years would be greatly appreciated.

We are less than a week away from Dales Retirement Party! If Dale has impacted your life, we encourage you to join us October 17th. We are celebrating 53 years of ministry (and counting as a volunteer). Dale has sacrificed over the years to communicate the Love and teachings of Jesus Christ to young people through the ministry of Detroit Metro Youth for Christ. If you are a YFC alumni, Help us to spread the word to those who we could have lost contact with. We would love to fill our Hazel Park center with those whose lives were impacted by Dale. We are excited to celebrate with you and others what God has done through Dales service with YFC.

We are excited to be a part of Trunk or Treat in Hazel Park on October 24th, from 1- 3 p.m. at Scout Park (behind the Jr. High). Last year was a BLAST, with an estimated 1,500+ people, 26 cars, and several business partners. If you would like a place to park your car and hand out candy, we would love to have you join us. This morning we had students arrive at several schools to Pray during today's See You At The Pole. We are excited about their willingness to get up a little earlier to join together and pray for those around them. We know there are many more schools in the Detroit area that had representatives at their flagpoles, and we thank God for the freedom to be able to encourage through prayer; each other towards doing good in our world.
