We know a community pool has long been a dream for our residents. Therefore we donated some of our savings towards it to celebrate our retirement. Stay tuned to see what else we did.

Thanks to the Hazel Park Neighborhood Enrichment Committee for their generous donation that will go towards helping get the pool at the High School ready for community use.

Well folks, it’s been a long road. What our late and beloved Mayor Jan Parisi started last century was just a small group of dedicated volunteers seeking to make our little corner of the county a little more presentable. And we accomplished that in so many ways. But everything that begins has an end and we have reached our time to retire. We will no longer be a volunteer group. Instead, we are changing into a social group, meeting every so often for pizza or burgers or something even more fun. But no more working. It was truly a joy and privilege serving you all these years. We thank you all for your support and hope to be remembered for following Hazel Park’s motto: That we are the friendly city.

CORRECTION! Fundraiser for HP Neighborhood Enrichment on THURSDAY, 11.10.22 at Big Boy's Restaurant on John R. Rd in Madison Hts, MI! 10% of all sales will be donated to support our many activities such as The Beautification awards, The Halloween sign Awards, Trunk and Treat participation, etc. Sponsored by The Baldwin House of Hazel Park and Big Boy's Restaurant! This married couple received a Beautification award sign last week. They have been HP residents for 62 years and married for 64 years. They bought their house when it was new and have been adding features ever since!
