🚨 Weekly Updates & Reminders! 🚨

We’re on the last part of break this week, but we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for the Fall session on Monday, August 17th! 🤸‍♀️

Here’s what you need to know for the week ahead:

🎟️ Year of Gymnastics Raffle: Only a few days left to get your tickets! $25.00 per ticket and you could win free tuition for 1 year for 1 gymnast.

⛳ Golf Outing (Aug 11): Last chance to sign up! Reach out to Mary ([email protected]) or Emily ([email protected]) if you’d like to join.

🍪 Cookie Dough Fundraiser: Launches the first week of classes—a great way to earn tuition discounts! If you won't be in class that week, let us know so you don't miss out.

📋 Fall Roster & Payments: Mary will be working on waitlists, rosters, and tuition discounts this week. Payment drop-off times at the gym will be posted soon!

End of Summer Break Notice (August 1st – August 16th)

Please note that all regular classes are currently on break through August 16th.

Gym & Office Availability: Please DO NOT come to the gym during the break as Admin may not be available. Payment arrangments can be made with Admin or by mailing payment to HGGC.
Special Office Hours: Limited office availability August 9 - 13 which will be posted as soon as possible - stay tuned!

For families not currently enrolled in our summer session: The Fall Schedule drops tonight!
⚠️ Limited Spots: Due to limited coaching staff, class sizes are restricted. Several classes are already full with active waitlists, so be sure to thoroughly check the schedule before making your selection!

We are excited to announce our Annual Hazel Green Golf Gymnastics Golf Outing Fundraiser on Friday July 17th, 2026 at Lacoma Golf Club. This is one of our biggest fundraising events of the year, and we would love your support.

There are many ways families can help earn credits towards their gymnast's account while supporting our program:

Secure Hole Sponsors:
We are also offering a dual-course sponsorship this year! Sponsors can have a sign displayed at both Lacoma Golf Club and our Parent/Child Golf Outing in August at Cole Acres for $150

Sing Up for Foursome's:
Help us fill the course by gathering friends, family, coworkers, or local businesses to register a team.

Donate Silent Auction or Mini Raffle Items:
Gift baskets, services, gift cards, experiences, and themed items are always appreciated and help make out event a success.

Volunteers Needed:
We are also looking for volunteers to help the day of the event with games, and general event support. Any amount of time you can give is greatly appreciated.

Meal-Only Tickets Available:
Can't golf? No problem, come and enjoy the taco bar, cupcakes, games, raffles, and fun while supporting a great cause.

As always, we will also be selling chances to WIN A FREE YEAR OF GYMNASTICS

New Members can create an account with HGGC for registrations and programs through our TeamSnap One. Please follow the link to create a Member Account. Your gymnast is the participant.

Member Accounts are free. They help us connect our families to our programs and add another layer of communication plus schedule access. Please reach out with any questions.
