Luke 21:28 (NASB)
“But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”
This passage of Scripture was taken from what has come to be called, “The Oliver Discourse.” It was Jesus’ response to His disciples query regarding what shall be the sign of your coming and the end of this age.
In response to their question, Jesus provided for them a detailed description of the signs that will indicate His imminent return and the end of the age.
Dear friends, Jesus shared this with His disciples over 2,000 years ago and practically every sign indicating His return and the end of this world as we know it, has been fulfilled.
The Return of the Lord is not mere fantasy, or an imagination contrived in the minds of religious men.
The return of the Lord is a stark reality and the question we all must ask ourselves, am I ready for His return? My prayer is that we all be ready!
