F.A.M.E. Zone is hiring a Part-Time Outreach, Enrollment & Community Partnerships Specialist!
We are looking for an outgoing, dependable, and results-driven person who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and connecting with families and the community.
๐ Hazel Crest, IL & surrounding communities
โฐ Approximately 8 hours per week
๐ Hybrid: Remote + In-Person Community Outreach
๐ฐ $125/week + enrollment & partnership commissions
What Youโll Do
You will help F.A.M.E. grow by:
โข Visiting local schools, churches, libraries, daycares, community centers, apartment communities, businesses, and community events
โข Introducing F.A.M.E. programs to families and community organizations
โข Generating new family enrollment leads
โข Calling, texting, emailing, and following up with prospective families
โข Building relationships with schools and community organizations that can refer families to F.A.M.E.
โข Finding tutors, art instructors, STEM instructors, workshop facilitators, youth organizations, and other program providers interested in using F.A.M.E.โs space
โข Identifying potential community partnerships
โข Following up with leads until they are ready to move forward
โข Making a warm handoff to the F.A.M.E. Director when a family or partner is ready
You do NOT handle final enrollment paperwork, contracts, payments, or confidential documents. The Director handles the closing process.
Who Weโre Looking For
You may be a great fit if you are:
โ Outgoing and comfortable approaching new people
โ Comfortable walking into schools, churches, libraries, and community organizations
โ Confident making phone calls and following up
โ Organized and dependable
โ Self-motivated
โ Comfortable working independently
โ Connected to the South Suburban community or willing to build those relationships
โ Passionate about youth, families, education, or community development
Experience in outreach, enrollment, sales, education, childcare, nonprofit work, marketing, customer service, or community engagement is a plus.
Compensation
๐ต $125/week base pay + commissions
Additional commissions are available for qualified enrollments and revenue-generating partnerships.
Enrollment commission is earned after a referred participant successfully enrolls and remains active in the program for at least 30 days, subject to the compensation agreement.
