High winds reported at the Hayward airport and experienced on the North shore last night.

It has come to our attention that a red brown spaniel with a collar
#850240 has washed up on shore on Blue Island Bay. Does seems to have been in the water awhile and appears to have been hit by a boat motor - please message if you want more info.
