Please join us in welcoming Chantae’ Hergenroether, community advocate, proud Pioneer, and first-generation college graduate, to the Cal State East Bay Alumni Association Board!
Passionate about people and creating meaningful connections, Chantae’ is excited to support initiatives that strengthen alumni engagement, celebrate diversity, and enhance the student experience. She looks forward to helping build a more connected and impactful Pioneer community.
As a later-in-life student, Chantae’ balanced college, motherhood, and the arrival of her son while earning her degree at Cal State East Bay. The university's supportive community, dedicated professors, and flexible learning options helped make one of the busiest seasons of her life one of the most rewarding.
(Fun fact: When she's not cheering on her kids, you can find Chantae’ at a Giants game, camping under the stars, or planning her next sunny cruise!)
