Finding care for your child can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. 4Cs of Alameda County offers free referral services for families in Southern Alameda County, including San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, Hayward, Union City, Newark, Fremont, and unincorporated Alameda County.

4Cs of Alameda County is growing and the agency is looking for a Chief Program and Impact Officer (CPIO) to ensure that 4Cs programs remain mission-aligned, contractually compliant, data-informed, equity-centered, and positioned for growth, quality improvement, and provide strong positive outcomes for children, families, child care providers, and community partners. A critical member of 4Cs of Alameda County’s executive leadership, the CPIO will be responsible for the strategic leadership, oversight, integration, and performance of 4Cs’ programmatic work across Community Services, Child Care Payment Programs, and agency program data and impact functions. While First 5 Alameda County's Early Care and Education Emergency Grants are closed, eligible providers may still qualify for substantial stipends or vouchers.
