Million Fathers March 2026 was a success. Thank you to ALL the fathers, father figures, uncles, brother, single moms who took on both roles for taking your kids to school today and every day reminding them that their education and future matter. Million Father March is Here!

Dear Hayward Fathers and Father Figures,

Join us! The Hayward Unified School District is hosting the sixteenth Million Father March on September 18, 2026. We encourage all fathers, uncles, and father figures to drive or walk their child to school on this special day. This year's theme is “Civic Dads in Action: Engaged, Educated, Empowering Communities.” We hope you can join us and help to kick off the new school year being in community. We will be hosting our annual walk to school day with some special treats for our father figures at the table located in the front of the school! 7:45 am - 8:15 am.
See you tomorrow!
