Meerkat Fun Facts:

#1 They are immune to certain types of venom. After a sting or bite, they may feel unwell, but they always make a full recovery.

#2 They are experts at capturing and preparing scorpions to eat. First, they remove the scorpion's tail. Then, they rub the scorpion in sand to remove any venom from the exoskeleton. So clever!

#3 They don’t drink water! They absorb all the water they need from the plants and animals they eat.
