The Haysville Saddle Club rodeo committee is looking for motivated individuals with an interest in community leadership to join us as we enter the 2025 season!
What to expect
~ meetings 1-4 times per month (frequency increases closer to the event)
~ visit/speak with businesses as a representative of the committee
~ be a direct leader of a volunteer group at the event
~ help prepare grounds for the event

Memorial Day is a reminder to us of the cost of freedom. It's a day to support veterans, honor the fallen, and recommit ourselves to the ideals they fought for. By remembering their sacrifice, we guarantee that their dedication and courage live on in our hearts and minds. May we all gain a deeper understanding of the sacrifices these heroes made.

To those who have served and sacrificed, we recognize your bravery and commitment. For answering your nation's call, we honor you. In tribute to the many, in honor of all, we offer our gratitude.

THANK YOU to everyone who came and supported us this weekend in Haysville. We had such an amazing time putting on our SEVENTH annual PRCA Rodeo!! Without the support of our community through volunteers, sponsors, and audience members, it would be impossible for us to put on the kind of performances that we host. Thank you all so much!! ❤️

Spectator parking update. Things are looking pretty good out here. Just keep an eye on our parking crew as you come in and you'll be golden. Come watch the big rodeo in a small town tonight in Haysville Ks! Gates open at 6:00.
