Campus Kids Ministries, Inc

Campus Kids Ministries, Inc What is a Campus Kids Bible Club? When there is a holiday we have a Party Club. Is there any cost? Who can attend? A few start with first and second grades.

A club that meets for an hour and a half after school that includes: Snacks, singing, learning a Bible verse, games, Bible lesson, prizes, and a true mission story. Club is free of charge, but each child must have written parental permission. Most clubs have kids ages Kindergarten - 5th grades. Check the permission slip for each club to verify the grade levels. Who teaches the Club? A team of trai

ned volunteers who are concerned for the well-being and the spiritual health of your children. (KBI background checks are made for all team members.) How can I start a Campus Kids Bible Club? Contact Campus Kids' Director, Vickie Long who will then help you find a church sponsor. Workers are gathered from the sponsoring church and trained by Campus Kids Ministries. Then steps are taken to contact local school authorities to seek permission for school building use. What will my child learn in a Campus Kids Bible Club? Biblical Principles
Moral Values
Character Qualities
Respect for Authority

We are excited about what God has done this year in Campus Kids After School Bible Clubs! After not having any clubs in 2020 we were back in the schools this year with 11 school Bible Clubs! We ended the year with 459 children enrolled, 74 salvations, and 78 volunteers! God is good! And His Word is alive, and children's lives are being changed!

Here is a great object lesson that you can use for this time of year

Pumpkin Object Lesson
by Beth Easterday
Items needed: A pumpkin. Carve a face into it, but keep the pieces you have carved out until the lesson. Also keep the seeds inside the pumpkin. Keep the carved side hidden from the kids. At the appropriate times in the lesson take the top off, the seeds out, and the face out of the pumpkin. Also need a candle that you put inside of pumpkin and matches to light the candle.

A halloween custom for a lot of people is to take a pumpkin and carve a face in it. We are going to do that today. Not to celebrate Halloween, but because we are going to have some fun. So, first of all we have to get the top off so that we can get all of the ooey gooey stuff out of it. My hands are getting all messy taking it out of the pumpkin, and it looks awful. There are probably some people who don’t want to carve a pumpkin because it is so messy and they don’t like to touch the mess.
You know, there is a way to take care of a mess like this. What I could do with this pumpkin to clean it up is to make it into a pie, and cook the seeds, and make a face out of the side of the pumpkin. My husband carved a face for me last night. All I have to do is to take out the pieces. (take out the pieces and turn the pumpkin around to face the kids)
You know, our lives are kind of like this messy pumpkin. God created people perfect, but we haven’t stayed that way. We have made a mess out of lives with doing wrong things. Those wrong things are called sin. However, God made a way so that we can be perfect again. He wants to take away all the mess of sin in our lives. He wants us to live forever with him in heaven. And the only way we can do that is to be perfect, like He is. You know how he did that. He sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. When Jesus died on the cross He took all of our sins with Him there on the cross. Every sin you or I have ever done or ever will do. But we have to accept that Jesus died on the cross for us, and let Him into our lives. John 3:16 says: For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever believes in Him will not die but have eternal life. God wants you to ask Jesus to live inside of you, and to clean up all the sin in your life. When you ask Jesus to forgive you and to come into your heart he is there with you forever. (light the candle and have someone turn out the lights)
If you would like to talk to someone about how you can have Jesus take away the mess of sin a counselor is waiting in the back of the room to help you.
