We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Elizabeth “Libby” Flores, the former president and founding member of the FHSU Chapter of PRSSA. Libby was not just a leader, but a beacon of kindness, intelligence, inclusivity and empathy. She worked tirelessly with her peers to write the bylaws and establish the FHSU Chapter of PRSSA, and served as our president in 2016-2017.

Libby was a forward-thinking woman whose warmth and love touched everyone around her. Her contributions to our community were immeasurable and her spirit was infectious. We were incredibly fortunate to have known her and to have been a part of her journey.

As we mourn the loss of such an extraordinary friend, we also celebrate the life she lived and the positive impact she had on us all. Her legacy will continue to inspire and guide us in our future endeavors.

Rest in peace, Libby. You will be deeply missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time.

Elizabeth “Libby” Anna Flores, 48, passed away peacefully on Sunday,
