Come learn a language with us! This October the Language Club starts off with a fun way to experience German. Fit for all ages, we are offering activities that introduce German vocabulary, phrases, and songs as well as games and activities that make learning easy and joyful.

The goal of this first language class is to introduce and prepare children for the upcoming Lanterfest in November.

I will not be hosting the Lanternfest this year. Please take part in our community. Shine your light wherever and whenever you can. :)

My German classes will connect with other existing community events by displaying class crafts and volunteering.

Tomorrow November 6, 2021 we will display family trees (non-fictional & fictional) at the 50th Ellis County Historical Society open house from 10-4 at 6th and Main in the rock church.

Check out their link for a schedule of guest speakers and re-enactments. A community dance will follow tomorrow night at the Hays Community Theatre 100 block East 8th Street.
