LEGACY HOME UPDATE!!!!!!!
To our Friends, Ministry Partners, Family, and Loved Ones,
We wanted to take a moment to share an important update about Legacy Home Ministries and what we believe the Lord is leading us into.
Over the past several months, we have worked diligently to navigate the process of opening Legacy Home through the state. While that process has not unfolded as we originally anticipated, we have spent considerable time praying, seeking wise counsel, and asking the Lord for clarity regarding the future of this ministry.
Through that process, we believe God has made our next step clear.
Legacy Home will open as a privately operated Christian ministry dedicated to serving families within our community and providing a safe, stable, and Christ-centered home for teenage girls who are facing difficult circumstances.
The heart of our original vision remains unchanged.
Our Vision
Legacy Home is dedicated to serving families within the community by providing a safe place of hope, healing, growth, and restoration for young women who are facing difficult circumstances.
Our vision is to equip the next generation with the educational, emotional, relational, and spiritual tools they need to break generational cycles of poverty, abuse, instability, and hopelessness.
We believe every young woman has value, purpose, and a future.
We want to help rescue, revive, and release them so they can experience transformational change in their own lives, families, and communities.
That means we don't simply want to provide a place to stay.
We want to provide a place to belong.
We also believe there is a tremendous need to come alongside PREGNANT TEENAGE GIRLS and young teen mothers who may find themselves facing circumstances they were never prepared to navigate on their own.
Sometimes a young person doesn't need another person to tell them what they have done wrong.
Sometimes they need someone to say,
“You are not alone. We will walk with you.” That is the heart of Legacy Home. A Place to Belong
Beginning TODAY OCTOBER 1, 2026, Legacy Home will begin accepting requests from parents and families who find themselves in difficult circumstances and are looking for a safe, supportive, Christ-centered environment for their teenage daughter.
Our desire is to come alongside families—not replace them—and provide support for the physical, emotional, educational, relational, and spiritual needs of the young women entrusted to our care.
We want to help young women develop the tools necessary to make healthy decisions, pursue their education, develop life skills, build healthy relationships, understand their worth and identity, and grow spiritually.
We believe that a difficult chapter does not have to become the entire story.
Her circumstances do not have to determine her future.
At Legacy Home, we want to help create an environment where young women can experience stability, discover their value, encounter the love of Jesus Christ, and begin building a different future.
One life at a time.
One story at a time.
One family at a time.

Legacy Home cannot fulfill this mission alone.
Because Legacy Home is operating as a nonprofit ministry, we are dependent upon the generosity of individuals, families, churches, businesses, and ministry partners who believe that investing in the next generation can create transformational change for generations to come.
Opening the doors is only the beginning.
