Emery is another treasured member of our camp & barn family! Our team loves to bring Emery up the hill with us to jump into our afternoon chores and activities. She takes English lessons and is building her independent riding skills with Chessie!

Meg spent 5 years with MEqC & served in leadership for the past 3. She’s put in training on horses & worked with her instructors to build strong curriculum & plan programming. She has been an essential part of our Instagram team & many of the photos featured on our page were taken by her. She welcomed every new team member with open arms & the goal of helping each of them succeed. We wish her the best as she starts her new journey!

Claurisa excelled in her 4th summer on our team! She joined our Working Equitation line up in Showcase & did very well with Comanche. She also made trail both exciting & safe for our campers of all ages!

+++ MEqC Drill Team +++

This summer we added a drill team to our Equestrian Showcase! At the beginning of the summer, our drill team consisted of six partnerships. Putting together a drill team takes lots and lots of practice. Every rider must understand and form a bond with their horse. The riders also have to memorize the riding pattern. Anticipation of each move is key to pulling off a flawless performance. After lots of practice, we expanded our team to eight partnerships. All of our wranglers worked so incredibly hard and we are so proud of them!

We have a tradition of tidying & raking our barn on Fridays so we can enjoy a beautiful barn all weekend & to kick off each week of camp!

Agape night is always special!
We love having the opportunity to stop for worship & connect with our kids & team.
Even if we have to occasionally track down a bucket to wash our hair or throw a wrangler in a horse trough, we clean up pretty great!
