The Richstone Family Center Endless Summer Beach Party is coming soon! Are you ready for an amazing summer evening with us? This Saturday at the beach at King Harbor, we will be joined by our stellar food and beverage sponsors and the always amazing Night Shift Dance Band

Emotional safety is the most important part of back-to-school preparations. Use this list of simple statements and consider how your child may need to be supported.

A new school year can be a transition period for your child, so being attentive to their needs is important. Traits like withdrawal, regression, and sudden changes in mood or behavior may indicate the need for a larger discussion. But you can start small today with a question as simple as “what was your favorite part of school today?”

From El Gr**go Restaurants tacos to dessert from Turok's Cheesecakes to Tito's Handmade Vodka martinis, there is something for everyone to enjoy all night long.

Back to school season is here! In addition to making sure your child has the books and supplies they need, it is important to check that their emotional wellbeing is being nurtured too. 💕

Take a look at these statements, and if some do not feel true, consider having conversations with your child to help them feel safe and supported. A conversation can start as simply as asking them how their day was or letting them know you care about and want to understand them.

Our Kid’s Club Summer Camp students went paddling with Lanikai Outrigger Canoe Club! They enjoyed a field trip day of art, dance, and outrigger canoeing. 🛶

Based in Redondo Beach, Lanikai Outrigger Canoe Club’s mission is to perpetuate Hawaiian culture through outrigger canoe racing and education in the community, and our students were able to try new skills in traditional dance and canoeing on the ocean. 🌊☀️

Thank you to Lanikai Outrigger Canoe Club for such a fun, educational day for our students. Field trips, hands-on education, and physical activity are important parts of Kid’s Club Summer Camp! We can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer holds. ❤️

Our Kid’s Club Summer Camp students visited the El Segundo Museum of Art in Lawndale! At the museum, students explored the gallery, enjoyed a drawing activity, and made their own prints.

We love seeing our students’ creativity and curiosity for art, and we are so grateful to the ESMoA team for making our field trip special.
