We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Hawthorne Main Street Façade Improvement Grant Program! Thanks to a generous grant from the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), we are offering up to $5,000 in reimbursable grant funding to help our local businesses and property owners shine.

Eligible Area: Properties on Main Street (E Street/US-95) from 4th Street to 10th Street. (non-residential)

No match is required, but it is highly encouraged!
Example: If you apply for a $5,000 grant and provide a $5,000 cash match, you can complete a $10,000 transformation for half the cost!

Even if your building is currently vacant, we want to help you make it look "open for business" and ready for a new tenant. Let’s work together to boost our curb appeal and show off our community pride!

🏆 We are thrilled to announce that Financial Horizons Credit Union has taken home the trophy in our "Main Street" Category for this year’s Light Fight! 🌟

While the competition was stiff, their beautifully painted windows truly stole the show and brought so much holiday magic to Main Street. If you haven't had a chance to walk by and see them in person, make sure to add it to your Christmas light tour!

A huge thank you to every business that participated and put in the hard work to make Hawthorne shine bright this season. We are so proud of our vibrant downtown!
