The Transition Linkages Fair Committee is a consortium of parents, providers, and educators who want to provide parents of children who are leaving high school with important and timely information on resources and opportunities available to help them with their "journey" to adult services.

I'm a member of the Special Fathers Network (SFN), which provides a way for men to connect and support each other in raising a child with special needs. This Saturday, May 11th, there will be a FREE virtual conference for fathers of children with special needs. I've recently become involved with this group, the Special Fathers Network, and it's a fabulous way for men to share their wisdom and feelings on the experience of raising a child with special needs. I'll be there, and I hope you'll also participate. Let's learn from each other to be the best parents for these exceptional people.
