The Borough is already looking patriotic from the last sale so why not continue it as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of our great nation. The Hawthorne Fire Dept Auxiliary has reopened sales for flags in an effort to paint the town red, white, and blue. By participating, you'll not only help us showcase Hawthorne's patriotic spirit, but you'll also provide meaningful support to our Fire Department Auxiliary, whose dedication directly helps the Fire Department to keep our community safe every day.

Today, several of our members completed Refresher A as part of their EMT recertification process. In New Jersey, EMTs must complete continuing education and recertify every three years to maintain their state certification and stay current with evolving protocols, skills, and best practices in patient care. Refresher A focuses on airway management, assessment, ventilation, and respiratory support; these critical skills help our providers deliver the highest level of care to our community.
