August 9, 2023

Today has been a tragic day for our Rotarians, families and friends on the Island of Maui. The fires across the island have changed lives forever. Truly devastating. Our sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with everyone impacted.

As people of action, we can take immediate action. As we come together to recover and rebuild, we need to support each other. We need to Create Hope for Maui.

Through our Rotary District 5000 Foundation, a relief fund has been established. Foundation President Dave Hamil and Treasurer Sharon Amano will handle all donations. A committee will be organized shortly to find the greatest needs for distribution of monies. A single fund will be the most helpful over time to provide the most significant benefits.

Presented by the Rotary Club of Hawaii Kai, happening on April 1st, 2023, at Kawaikui Beach Park.

Not only will you get to test out the latest surfboard models, but we're also serving up FREE burritos 🌯 to keep you fueled for the waves. So grab your friends and family, and come spend the day with us!

We are excited to be having a Fall Family Film Night at Hawaii Kai Towne Center! 📽

This family & keiki friendly event will have live music by 🎶

Followed by 3 local short films presented by 🎞

As well as DreamsWorks “Abominable” ❄️

WHEN: Saturday, October 1st 5:30pm-9:30pm

WHERE: Hawaii Kai Towne Center at the Marina Docks

WHAT: Fall Family Film Night! Bring the family to enjoy live music by Connor Johnson. Following this will be three kid friendly short films created by local film artist presented by Hawaii International Film Festival. Lastly we will be premiering DreamWorks “Abominable”.

WHAT TO BRING: Lawn chairs, blankets, pillows & whatever you’d like to sit on to be comfy for the film night!

Drinks & snacks are allowed

Hawaii Kai Rotary will be selling Popcorn & Water to help raise money for the club
