Voting will take place at the Board Meeting via a Qualtrics survey completed by current board members, in accordance with the Board Bylaws.

Main Responsibilities
🔴President
Leads the board and league, runs board meetings, oversees all league operations, makes sure board decisions are carried out, represents the league publicly, and handles major issues or disputes.
🔴Vice President
Assists the President, fills in when the President is unavailable, helps oversee board projects, and can take responsibility for special league initiatives.
🔴Secretary
Takes meeting minutes, maintains board records, keeps important documents organized, sends meeting notices and league communications, and maintains official correspondence.
🔴Treasurer
Manages league finances, tracks income and expenses, maintains the league bank account, pays approved bills, prepares financial reports, manages budgets, and keeps financial records.
🔴Grounds Coordinator
Oversees fields and facilities. Coordinates field preparation, lining, bases, equipment, trash, field maintenance, and communication with whoever manages/owns the fields. Reports field problems to the board.
🔴Player Representative
Acts as the voice of the players. Collects player feedback, brings player concerns to the board, helps communicate league decisions to players, and helps address player-related issues fairly.
🔴Umpire Representative
Serves as the main contact between the league and umpires. Helps recruit and schedule umpires, communicates rules and expectations, gathers umpire feedback, and brings umpire concerns to the board.
🔴Concessions Manager
Oversees the concession stand. Handles inventory, ordering supplies, pricing, staffing/volunteers, cash procedures, setup/cleanup, and concession-related expenses and income.
🔴Fundraiser Coordinator
Plans and organizes fundraisers, coordinates volunteers and businesses/sponsors, tracks fundraiser income and expenses, and brings new fundraising ideas to the board.
🔴Tournament Coordinator
Plans and manages league tournaments and special events. Handles schedules, brackets, team communication, tournament rules, field assignments, registration, and coordination with umpires/grounds/concessions.
🔴Board Member at Large #1
General board support. Helps with projects, events, committees, league activities, and special assignments as needed. Can provide an independent perspective during board decisions.
🔴Board Member at Large #2
Same general role—supports the board wherever needed, assists with events/projects, volunteers for committees, and helps provide additional representation and ideas.
