• Dogs must be able to attend the Mardi Gras Parade on February 17th at 6:00 PM
• Voting takes place through donations
• Every dollar raised supports the Havre de Grace Arts Collective

After submitting, you’ll receive a custom flyer featuring your dog and their details to share with friends and family to rally votes!
🎭 Winners will be announced the day before the parade and proudly featured in the Mardi Gras Parade.
