Havre de Grace Housing Authority (HDGHA) has a nationally recognized Family Self-Sufficiency Program that provides families in HDGHA the opportunity to become self-sufficient, through progressive case management, access to a full array of education, employment and training, and various support services and partnerships through our Program Coordinating Committee, that addresses a wide variety of family issues, to assist our families in becoming successfully self-sufficient.
