Friends and Family,

As we move into the holiday season, I'd like to pause and send you a simple message from the heart. This year has taken us through long nights, hard decisions, and moments that tested our patience and our unity. Yet here we stand—still a Temple, still a brotherhood, still committed to service and to each other.

The holidays have a way of reminding us what really matters. Family. Friendship. Peace in the home. Kindness toward those who don’t have enough. Every one of us knows someone carrying more than they show. A phone call, a plate of food, an unexpected visit, or even a quiet prayer can change the weight someone is holding. That’s what makes us Nobles. Not the fezzes, not the titles, but the willingness to lift someone else.

Take time for your family. Sit with the people who love you. Make memories that outlast difficult seasons. And while you do, keep an eye open for anyone in need—another Noble, a neighbor, a stranger. We shine brightest when we give.

Thank you for everything you’ve done this year. The support, the patience, the honesty, the work behind the scenes, and the spirit you bring to this Oasis. I’m grateful for each of you.
