The Area 1 Young Rider program is excited to announce the selection of riders for the first year of the Area 1 EA21 Prep Camp. This camp has been designed as a stepping stone for those currently competing at Novice level or above to lead into USEA’s EA21 Program.

Days 3-5 of camp were such a blast this week! Members jumped cross country twice, did some flatwork, stadium jumping, drill team, and took a hack up to the top of the lookout 🐴 They learned about record books, jump striding, eventing rules, and eventing vocabulary too!

The weather was perfect and we’re just SO lucky to be able to ride at such an awesome venue! Thank you Huntington Farm!!

Days 1 and 2 of Pony Club camp at Huntington Farm! We had dressage lessons, a hack around the amazing property, show jumping lessons, grooming practice, tack cleaning, and more! 🐴

Camp, Day 2! Members made up and rode their own dressage tests this morning, conditioned their saddles really well, checked out the amazing tack room and feed room on the farm, practiced locating parts of the horse, and jumped in the rain during a lesson with Pinky this afternoon. Such a fun day and pony clubbers are tough 🐴🌧️

Day 1 of Camp at Outlook Farm! ☀️ A flat lesson in the morning, jump crewing for one of our C2’s lesson with Jane, tack cleaning, a hack in the afternoon with Addie who used to be a NCPCer, and finishing the day with pizza and a couple of unmounted badge program topics!
