The Alcohol Policy says of JSAAPP, "JSAAPP is composed of two members of Students' Council and two members of Honor Council, who are appointed by their respective bodies at the beginning of each semester; one representative from each of the first-year, sophomore, junior, and senior classes, two deans, and a Chair or Co-Chairs.
